Centro Andino Shopping center at carrera 11 and calle 82, in Zona Rosa.
Hello Guys... I want you to know that last December was my first trip to Bogota and I enjoyed a lot!!!!... it was a lot of fun, interesting places and good shopping centers... I will recommend two real nice handycraft shops on two different malls...one is the Salitre Plaza Mall on Avenida 26 close to the International Airport. The shop is called Arteluna Arte & Artesanias... very nice people working there and even I do not speak spanish very well they understood me and I got what I ask... the other store is on the Hacienda Santa Barbara Mall... is called Acuaro, it is another handcraft things store... the mall is a very beautiful mall and is on the north side of the city. It is worth to go there and look the variety of stores each mall has.
The city is very safe, many friends told me about the guerrila stuff but for me it was very safe... I saw lot of police enforcement on streets and important places, so I never got any trouble there...
Go, and met this Beautiful city...
